Depending on your foot shape and levels of activity, you can experience foot, arch, shin or knee pain.
In some cases, there will be a requirement for an orthotic. In some cases, a custom made orthotic where a mould of the foot is taken will be the best option. In less severe cases, a more cost effective off- the-shelf insert will suffice and bring adequate correction.
